Tarryn, you have literally hit #1 on my favorite author's list. I still search the kindle store by your name hoping to find something, ANYTHING that comes close to your writing style and provoking in me the emotions that your writing and your characters do. Of course, I find nothing that comes remotely close though satisfying. You are truly such a unique, gifted writer...there are no words. I haven't finished the LMWL series yet, just the first book but I am going to fill out an order form to have the entire series plus Mud Vein delivered to my doorstep with your signature on it. I'm THAT committed. And while we're on the topic, can I just tell you that Mud Vein has left such an impact on my life. I don't think I've ever read a book that has stayed with me this long after finishing it, a book that STILL provokes thoughts in my head and leaves me in awe, and a book that I'm STILL recommending to others. Mud Vein truly was an EXCEPTIONAL read...it truly brain-F* me and I still can't get over it. I actually think I might never get over it and no other book will create a hell of a satisfaction like MV did.

Except maybe Marrow.

After reading Mud Vein I was done for, completely heartbroken. I had withdrawals and my heart still aches. Tarryn, you're a genius! My heart clenched all throughout the story and in the end I felt the final stab. I have read a ton of stories and I can honestly say those stories when compared to yours do not come close. Your stories evoke true emotions. They make the reader feel what the character is going through. I admire your work. I love your style of writing. You are my favorite author! And after reading this post I am going to hold on to a bit of hope, if I think it means what I'm thinking ;) Because after reading Mud Vein I am still trying to hold on to a little bit of light :)
